Attention to food producers!
Food producers are obliged to take samples and to analyze or have them as specified in Article 7, paragraph 3 d) of the Food Hygiene Regulation. In cities such as Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, it will be questioned whether the analysis has been carried out in the first three months. In the following periods, administrative sanctions will be applied to food establishments that do not have analysis.
Therefore, all food establishments should carry out food analyzes taking this article of the regulation into consideration. This criterion should be taken into consideration in order not to be subject to any administrative sanctions in the audits of the Ministry in the following periods.
