SANİTER was established in 1994 to provide '' FOOD SAFETY and HYGIENE SANITATION '' in Food Production and / or Consumption businesses. It is a type A inspection institution accredited by Türkak within the scope of TS EN ISO / IEC 17020 standard.
In this context, it performs the “Hygiene and Sanitation Inspection” service in hotels, touristic facilities and recreational areas such as food production areas (catering companies, shopping centers, cafe-restaurants, canteens etc.). In his studies, he has made the principle of “scientific, impartial and trust based” work as a principle and continues his studies in this direction. It provides reliable staff and reliable service with its continuous education approach. It conducts its surveillance activities in accordance with ethical principles by concluding a confidentiality agreement with the enterprise.
Hygiene-sanitation inspections are carried out considering the hazard analysis (HACCP) and infrastructure conditions (Codex alimentarius) specified in national and international regulations. Investigations, operating environment, building infrastructure conditions, operating design, working environments, general structure of the enterprise, production conditions, cleaning and sanitation applications, goods acceptance conditions, storage conditions, sales / service conditions, pest control, solid / liquid waste control, instrument and hygiene and control of equipment, lighting suitability, ventilation suitability, personnel hygiene control (costume, clothing and personal care control).
Within the scope of the Regulation on the Control Procedures and Principles of Legionnaires' Disease published in the Official Gazette on May 13, 2015, tourist accommodation units such as hotels, motels, resorts, guesthouses, spas, rehabilitation centers, retirement homes, large shopping centers, open to public use where water is used or used by the public Within the scope of Türkak Accreditation in the recreational areas, Legionella Risk Analysis is done and samples are determined and controls are provided.
Pool Water controls also have Türkak Accreditation and the compliance of the indoor and outdoor swimming pools used for swimming with the hygienic conditions and the determination of the quality standards of swimming pool water shall be subject to the swimming pools in the Official Gazette dated March 6, 2011 and numbered 27866, " Regulation on Health Principles and Health Conditions.
