Formaldehyde can be found in various products, especially cosmetic products. If exposed to formaldehyde for a long time, it can cause various ailments, especially respiratory diseases.
If a cosmetic product contains formaldehyde, there should be a warning on the label saying "It contains formaldehyde".
If it is desired to use the expression "does not contain formaldehyde" in a cosmetic product, a formaldehyde test must be performed on the specified product and the claim must be proven with a report.
Manufacturers producing this type of product must have the relevant test for these claims. "Formaldehyde free test" can be done in our laboratory.
