The use of disinfectants has increased recently. In this sense, the amount of povidone iodine in disinfectants containing povidone iodine is of great importance for the effectiveness of the disinfectant.
Since the iodine concentration can easily change, such solutions should be kept closed for a while. When in doubt, the amount of active iodine should be measured and the effectiveness of the product should be analyzed.
