According to this regulation, 14 allergens or intolerant substances or products that are included in Annex-1 of the Regulation must be indicated on the labels of all foods supplied to the end consumer, including foods that are not pre-packaged and foods offered in mass consumption areas.

MANDATORY INFORMATION TO BE SUBMITTED IN SOCIETY

In the mass consumption places, if any food related food is included in the composition of the food, it is obligatory to provide information about the allergen, alcohol and pork-derived component.
